Frédéric Halley joins Netsize as Chief Operating Officer
With an extensive experience in the software and telecom industry, Frédéric Halley will drive Netsize operations, aiming at increasing footprint leadership in European mobile communication and mobile commerce markets.
Netsize board and executive committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédéric Halley as Chief Operating Officer of the Netsize Group. Frédéric Halley has extensive experience in the software and telecom industry, in both sales and marketing. He has worked with several software start-ups to refocus their strategy and grow their operations.

Netsize has been founded in 1998 and has pioneered in mobile messaging. The company provides services for company such as PSA Peugeot Citroën, which currently uses Netsize network to increase the driving security by abridging first-aid intervention cycles. The in-car wireless emergency call system has recently received official certification from the French department of Public Safety
Netsize has moved on mobile Payment in 2001, and is today a leader in operators based billing with 22 countries covered through Premium SMS or Premium WAP. News Corp subsidiary’s Jamba, the leading mobile content publisher, is currently relying on Netsize payment solution to charge for digital content across Europe.
In 2004, Netsize move toward service management solution including both mobile messaging and mobile internet portals publishing. Recently Vivendi Games selected mSuites, Netsize content management platform, to host its game catalogue & assets, to develop its on and off-deck mobile internet portals with integrated mobile payment, and to launch innovative mobile marketing initiatives across Europe.

Most recently, Frederic was the General Manager of Pertinence, a leading vendor of manufacturing intelligence, where he led the repositioning and international development of the company. As a consultant, Frédéric has led engagements for many international software vendors. Frederic also worked for SLP Infoware (Gemalto), the Boston Consulting Group and Accenture.
Frédéric earned a MS in Telecommunication Engineering from Telecom Paris and a MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School.
